3. Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates provided by WindowSpecial.com are non-binding and subject to change based on final site measurements, product availability, and permitting requirements. A formal written proposal will be provided before any work begins. Pricing is valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate unless otherwise stated.

4. Licensing & Insurance

All installation work performed through WindowSpecial.com (MCAA, Inc.) is carried out by licensed and insured contractors and installation partners operating in compliance with Florida state law. Copies of licensing and insurance documentation are available upon request.

5. Permitting

WindowSpecial.com assists customers with the permitting process; however, permit issuance is at the discretion of local building authorities. We are not responsible for delays caused by permitting offices, HOA approvals, or other third-party approvals outside our control.
